Build Confidence. Lead Growth. Teach Music That Matters.
Minnesota School of Music is hiring professional music instructors who want more than a teaching gig — they want to be part of a structured, student-centered faculty.
We are a locally owned, fast-growing community music school serving Blaine-area families since 2013. Our instructors mentor students, prepare them for the stage, and contribute to a culture focused on long-term development.
What Makes Teaching Here Different
Unlike contractor-based studios, our teachers are W-2 employees with stable schedules, administrative support, and a clear instructional framework.
That means:
- No chasing payments

- No room rentals
You teach. We handle the rest.
Our full-time front office manages scheduling, billing, enrollment, parent communication, and recital production — allowing instructors to stay focused on teaching and student outcomes.
