JOB DESCRIPTION
Located in Blaine, Minnesota School of Music delivers personalized music lessons for kids and teens in a welcoming, family-friendly environment. As an employee run organization, our company is committed to helping every instructor reach their teaching potential. To start, we offer 8 hours of paid training to kickstart instructor success. From there, we provide ongoing professional development, paid sick leave, unemployment insurance, and worker's comp insurance. Plus, we pay 50% of your FICA taxes, saving an average employee $2115 per year in taxes! In sum, we are an organization that invests in our people with our time and resources.

Tuesday and Thursday: 3:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Optional)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To deliver personalized, one-on-one, 30-minute music lessons using a company-approved curriculum
- To perform duties in accordance with company education and customer service standards
- To keep student progress records
- To prepare students for and participate in seasonal recitals
- To participate in student achievement program
- To participate in company Professional Development System
